Western Maryland 19th century farmhouse at family owned & operated Valley Meadow Farms is available for vacation rental
year round. The tin-roofed home has 11 rooms including 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom downstairs, fully equipped kitchen,
dining room and family room and is surrounded by our 400 acre farm. The farmhouse is fully furnished and kitchen equipped with all necessary
appliances including crock pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, a drip coffee pot and a gas grill on the porch. The beds
are made for your stay and towels are provided. Just bring your food and personal necessities.
Get away from it all and enjoy hiking, walking, birding,
cycling and the outdoors as you enjoy walking near spring-fed ponds, wonderful woodlands and beautiful hillsides and meadows. The ideal
place for bird watching and wildlife viewing.
Enjoy the peace & quiet from the wraparound porch or strolling
down the private, gated lane.
Rental rates for the farmhouse are $200 per night (2 night
minimum) plus $100 cleaning fee and tax. Rates based on 1-4 people. Extra persons are $25 per person per night plus tax.
For guests wishing
to bring their own horse(s) for the "Bed & Barn" option, add just $25 per horse per night.
Check-in at 3 p.m., check-out by 12 noon. A non-refundable deposit of one night's fee (check or money order) is required to
guarantee and confirm reservation after placing a courtesy hold. Bed and bath
linens are provided. The farmhouse is not easily accessible to handicapped persons. Pets (other than horses) and smoking are not
